※Transparent outside of the standard round frame
※ jpg file is alternative.
Background is appropriate one color we recommend, or your choice.
Transparent background is also available.


■　Production contents
We draw your face above shoulders so that it is possibly seen a small profile picture for SNS, therefore we size your face a little bigger without drawing hands or small items in the picture. If you want a picture of whole body, or any customized style, contact us. (Acceptable with extra charge.)

■　 Procedure
1. You request a quote by email.
2. nigaoeMAP respond you with quotation and further instructions.
3. You send us your photo with following information we need.
 Photos: The face (upper body) should be clear enough. This image will be clearly reflected on the picture, such as facial expression, eye color, hair style, attire.
 Purpose: (business use, personal use, something special)
 Your preferred background color: (our recommended/your choice/transparent)
4. nigaoeMAP send you an interim line drawing. If you like it, pay for it on line.
After that we can modify a line drawing, if you want.
5. nigaoeMAP send you a full colored portrait and you check it.
If you want, we can modify only color.
※At this stage, we can modify the color only, further change will be made on your request after your proper purchase.
6. nigaoeMAP will deliver the finished work by e-mail with attachment.

■　The copyright of the picture belongs to nigaoeMAP even after the transaction.
■　This product we sell you can be used for your sales activities, but please refrain from reselling or making other products using this product.
■　Use in sales activities means using your portrait as your own icon on SNS, on the web, or on paper media.
■　We do not allow infringement of copyright, use for fraud, criminal acts, elections, and that is offensive to public order and morals.
■　If there is no reply from the customer for 3 days or without prior notice during Procedure 4 or 5, the illustration will be delivered at that point.
■　This product may be used in SNS, HP, portfolio, etc. as a production record. Please be assured that no photos or names will be posted. If you do not like posting, please let us know in advance as we will not use it.
